He instead decided to try yoga before switching to weekly Pilates. After 18 months of attending Pilates classes, he reported that he stood almost an inch taller.

She took to a strict diet and daily exercise but did announce that her goal was not to lose weight but to be healthier overall. In the Sun newspaper, a source opened up about Adele’s new love for reformer Pilates, as she began to take classes with other well-known celebrities. Adele is definitely a celeb loving reformer.
That’s right! Professional football player David Beckham engages in Pilates exercises at least once a week, and is amazed at the results it has had on his core strength. While on loan at AC Milan, he was recommended the exercise and has never looked back. In an interview, Beckham explains,
I do an hour of Pilates a day. It is fantastic, and fitness-wise I am the best I have been for a long time
